Drawing on 30 years experience in senior management, project and construction roles, he has developed workplace safety services with an encourage and assist philosophy. Allison has extensive skills and experience in the areas of manual handling, ergonomics, occupational stress, OHS and injury management policies and procedures, risk assessment and injury management in the the workplace.
